Aluminium head sleeves

As an eye-catcher and at he same time as U-Disk

These head sleeves are suitable for normal cylinder head screws according to DIN 912 / ISO 4762, such as our TCI screws.
The head sleeves close flush at the head.

Outer diameter:
M5=10,2mm
M6=11,9mm
M8=15,9mm

high of head sleeves:
M5=7mm
M6=8,6mm
M8=9,5mm

Material:
high tensile aluminum 7075
aircraft application
CNC-manufactured by Jäger Schrauben

Surface finish:
red, blue, violet, gold, silver, black, green and orange are highgloss anodized,
or natural (high corrosive)

Attention:
Orange is new in our programe. We do not have any experience on UV resistance.
We therefore cannot take responsibility for possibile color changes.
All other colors are UV resistent
